We made it through the first day of per-school. This morning after I got her up and dressed, she was clingy and told me that she wanted to start school tomorrow. After I told her is was today, so was ok, but she still wanted Mommy or Daddy to hold her. Once we got there, she was ready to go. We were so proud of her.
The report from Grandma Barb was that she did not have one accident and asked to go the first time and then went by herself the second time. She got to play a little bit with her cousin Jacey and Grandma Barb said she didn't want to leave. The class sang "Hppy Birthday" to her because today is her 3rd birtday. Mommy has shed a few tears today, but we are so proud of her and I know this will be a great start to her school time. My baby girl is not our baby anymore........She is a Big Girl!!!

Good Morning All,
We had a busy Labor Day weekend, but we all had a great time. The party at Tina's was fun and Angela swam so much that she took a cat nap on the way home. Her birthday party was great and it is amazing how fast they change in a year. This time last year she was only saying a few words. Now she is making up her own stories. Last night after her bath, she took hersmall stuffed tiger that has a tag around it's neck and toold me she had to read a story. She just started to make up a story with the "Once upon a time...." beginning. It was so cute.
We have had a couple "Meet the Teacher" days at the school and since we have started putting her in actual underwear, the potty training has inproved. She is telling us when the has to wee wee and the BM is getting there as well. We are so proud of her.
Monday is going to be a hard day for Mommy. I still can't believe she starts school. I know she is ready, but with her being my last one, I am having a hard time letteing go of my "Baby".
Another busy weekend ahead. Going out with friends tonight and Saturday is a birthday party with Grandma Mel and Sunday will be the day to clean and do the laundry.
Please stop in and visit Jacey's web site. September is Child Cancer Awareness month and if everyone can halp just a liitle, maybe anothe child will not have to endure what Jacey had to endure. She has been Cancer free for 19 Months, so we made it to the first hurdle. Please keep her and all the other children out there in your prayers. Read more
